You pass deeper into the forest, looking around for signs of life. As you walk, the fungi becomes more diverse. There is the padding of soft, feline feet, and you see an orange-and-black creature approaching: a tiger?
"Ahhhhh," he says, "I see you."
You introduce yourself, and he bows. "I am TigerWrath, a Sebre Feline. I see that you've come into the Wood, perhaps searching for something? Or someone?" He sits. "I am a poor navigator, but either here or in the rainforest, there is something special for you to find."
"What rainforest?" you ask.
TigerWrath smiles. "If you keep traveling in this forest, you'll eventually find it, I think. From what I have learned on my travels here, the forest leads to the rainforest or the caves. Those are the only other locations I know of."
His sharp black stripes pierce your eyes as he runs past you, still laughing. Does that mean this was all a joke to him? It didn't seem so. Either way, you can see only one option for yourself.
